Train the Trainer

Learning outcomes:

Not everyone is a natural trainer, so let’s help make your internal trainers awesome! Perhaps it’s a manager training their team or the finance or tech team want to update their colleagues, spend half a day with me to understand the fundamentals of running a training session/workshop, or spend the whole day with me and tap into my 20+ years of delivering training. The learners will walk away with their session created and they’d of practiced part of it to an encouraging audience (optional!)

Who’s it for: Anyone who is planning on training others

Workshop size: Maximum group size of 12 learners

Workshop duration: 3-hours / full day (7 hours)

Workshop topics:

Fundamentals of planning a training session/workshop
Learning styles
Understand how our learners show up (the holiday maker v the prisoner!)
Presentation tips (visual and audible) – for in person or online delivery
If a full day is booked, we’ll plan out your actual session and have an optional opportunity to practice part of the session to build confidence

Training investment:

We provide a quote based on your specific requirements, such as online delivery or in-person delivery, duration of the course and reasonable travel expenses. Please note that Garrett Learning is not currently registered for VAT.
