Our three-hour, highly interactive workshops are designed to spark curiosity, build confidence and create meaningful momentum in your people management journey. They offer a powerful introduction to personal growth and people management, with the option to deepen learning through personalised 1:1 coaching sessions in the afternoon.
This isn’t about theory for theory’s sake – it’s about insight, self-awareness and practical action you can apply straight away.
Who is this programme for?
This programme is ideal for groups of six curious people managers, including:

Managers already in role who haven’t yet received formal management training

Programme structure
Workshop: 09:00–12:00
Optional afternoon coaching:
– 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions tailored to individual learning needs
– While one learner is coached, the remaining participants work in action sets to reflect, share insights and commit to next steps
This blended approach ensures learning is personalised, practical and embedded.
Training investment:
We provide a quote based on your specific requirements, such as online delivery or in-person delivery, duration of the course and reasonable travel expenses. Please note that Garrett Learning is not currently registered for VAT.
