Having Great Conversations

 

Learning outcomes: 

We all have difficult conversations; we can learn skills to have Great Conversations! As a people manager, we often don’t ask for help, we should! This is a safe space to get curious and learn from each other as well as learning some tools and conversation models to have better conversations with our teams and peers (This programme can also be adapted to help team members have great conversations too!)

Who’s it for: People managers and leaders (and team members on their own programme)

Workshop size: Maximum group size of 12 learners

Workshop duration:  3-hours or a full day (7 hours)

Workshop topics:

  • To structure our conversations with radical candor and coaching techniques
  • To understand the key elements of healthy conversations, including body language mfacial expressions, active listening and our mood
  • To explore Emotional Intelligence and self-awareness through the exploration of 360 feedback
  • Creating a safe place to share best practices
  • Understand the levels of active listening
  • Providing feedback
  • Providing learners with a conversational planner.

Training investment: 

We provide a quote based on your specific requirements, such as online delivery or in-person delivery, duration of the course and reasonable travel expenses. Please note that Garrett Learning is not currently registered for VAT.
