Prevention and early intervention services

Most employers don’t know how to manage Mental Health First Aiders once trained:

  • Campaign support – Wellbeing calendar planning, campaign packs, mental health awareness campaigns, toolkits of line managers

Occupational Health Assessment

  • Employee retention is more cost-effective than recruitment, by providing additional support services such as an Occupational Health nurse, we can help to keep your team members supported in and out of work. This service is carried out by an external partner, starting from £750 per employee
