Learning outcomes: 

By the end of the session, the learners will have an awareness of what neurodiversity is (and what it is not) and what this looks like at work. We’ll cover Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Tourette’s and sensory processing differences. We will also discuss and recognise common workplace barriers for neurodivergent team members in terms of the environmental, communicational, cultural and structural barriers

If we have people managers and leaders in the room, we share best practice on developing psychologically safe leadership behaviours and practices and understand employer responsibilities under UK law (Equality Act 2010, unlawful discrimination and workplace capability, leaning into reasonable adjustments, what happens if we fail to make reasonable adjustments and how to offer support and care to others.  

Who’s it for: Awareness session for all staff, management add-on for people managers and leaders

Workshop size: Maximum group size of 12 learners

Workshop duration:  Awareness session only: 3-hours or  management add-on: 4-hours.

Training investment: Includes course design and delivery. 

• Per three-hour workshop: Virtual £600. In person £650.
• To book the 60-minute people manager add-on, this will be an extra £150.
