1:1 Coaching Package

Because growth is easier and more enjoyable, when you don’t do it alone!

This isn’t a“sit on a Zoom call and talk about your feelings” coaching.

This is practical, supportive, confidence-building coaching designed to help you think clearly, lead better and take action that actually sticks – I love the magic that comes with coaching!

Investment*:

  • Online: £700 per person
  • In-person: £900 per person

In-person coaching will have reasonable expenses added on. Please note, Garrett Learning is not currently registered for VAT

*As a newly qualified coach, once my coaching hours total to 100, prices will increase.

Step One: The Exploration Session (30 minutes) No pressure. No awkward sales pitch. A relaxed, curiosity-led conversation where we:

  • Get to know each other. Explore what’s going on for you right now.
  • Clarify what you’d love to change, improve, or feel more confident about.
  • Check we’re a good fit (because great coaching only works when it feels right)

You’ll leave this session with a fresh perspective and at least one useful takeaway, even if you decide not to continue.

The Coaching Journey: Six 60-Minute Sessions, focused, energising and tailored entirely to you. Across six one-to-one sessions, we’ll work on:

  • Building clarity and confidence in your role. Tackling challenges that keep looping in your head.
  • Strengthening decision-making and leadership skills. Turning insight into action (without overwhelm)
  • Each session is structured but flexible, supportive yet challenging & practical, not fluffy!

Think of it as a thinking space, accountability session and we’ll boost your confidence in one go!

Midway Review (After Session Three) to pause and reflect. At this halfway point, we’ll:

  • Review progress and wins so far. Check the coaching is still meeting your needs & adjust focus if priorities have shifted.
  • If either of us feels the coaching has done its job early, we’ll mutually agree to end the contract – no awkwardness, no pressure, we’ll just be honest about how it’s going.

The Follow-Up Check-In (3 Months Later) because real change happens after the sessions end. Three months after your final session, we’ll reconnect for a short online check-in to:

  • See how things are going in the real world and revisit goals and progress. We’ll gently course-correct if needed.
  • This is about long-term impact, not quick wins.

What you’ll walk away with:

  • Greater confidence and clarity
  • Practical tools you’ll keep using
  • Stronger self-belief and decision-making
  • Momentum that lasts beyond the coaching room

And yes, we’ll work hard, but we’ll also laugh, keep things human and make the process genuinely enjoyable.

Sometimes managers don’t need more theory – they need space to think, reflect and be supported.
