Unconscious Bias, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging workshop

 

Learning outcomes: 

We are working towards a respectable workplace with this programme. Firstly, it’s about creating a safe environment as we’ll encourage our learners to get curious with self-reflection, thinking about their own behaviour and behaviour of others adn develop their awareness and skills to make an inclusive workplace. 

Who’s it for: Entire team awareness, plus a separate cohort for people managers and leaders

Workshop size: Maximum group size of 12 learners

Workshop duration:  3-hours / full day (7 hours) 

Workshop topics:

  • Understanding unconscious Bias – what biases are and how they are formed
  • To promote diversity and inclusion by defining and highlighting the differences between equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging
  • Share respectful and inclusive language
  • Understand and recognise micro-aggressions and mincr affirmations
  • Collectively develop strategies to ensure the whole team belongs by feeling valued, respected and included
  • To share case studies under the Equality Act 2010 on discrimination and difficult situations related to bias 

Workshop take-aways: 

  • To generate a personal commitment with actionable steps for an inclusive culture in daily work routines .

Training investment: Includes course design and delivery. 

  • Per three-hour workshop: Virtual £600. In person £650.
  • Full day: Virtual £950. In person £990.
