Learning outcomes:

We’ve all worked for great managers and we definately remember the ones that we’re so good!

By the end of this session our learners will understand what the difference between being a boss and leading a team as well as understanding different leadership styles (Kurt Lewin). They will become more self-aware of hidden areas using the Johari Window and explore the 7-steps of effective leadership. It’s not all theory-based, we’ll get curious with our challenges and bring real life scenarios to the table to discuss and share best practice.

To explore the steps of effective leadership
